Chef Arie Pavlou, co-author of The Congressman’s Wife,
Presents Contemporary Art in a Historic Setting
at Bistro Ete

Chef Arie Pavlou and his wife Liz Cordano present the artwork of Clayton and Parker Calvert at Bistro Été. The bistro’s colonial-period dining room will feature contemporary paintings and abstract fine art photography, creating the perfect blend of visual and culinary art. The collaboration was arranged by friend and art representative Mark Anthony Posner, who stated that “the menu is to die for and the art creates a spectacular ambiance.”

Escargot, Striped Bass with Truffle Sauce and Aged Steaks are just a few of Chef Arie’s classic dishes foodies can indulge in at Bistro Eté. Although the Cypriot born Chef studied in Paris and trained in the South of France, his menu flirts with flavors from all over the world. Chef Arie has also written two cookbooks, Foie Gras and Soup — as well as the thrilling romance novel, The Congressman’s Wife.
